What the forex platforms are?

Forex platforms are online tools (programs) where you can trade currencies online. Generally there are two types of money platforms. Money platform can exist as a program for downloading or a web platform. Downloaded program will be connected to an internet and you will be able to trade in real time. Such a program, like Meta Trader (for example from Alpari), after installation  may require switching off your firewall for trading. If you do not want to put your computer on a risk or secure your transactions to avoid manipulations you should try a web platform (for example optionfair).
